Founded by Akash and Santosh Jadhav, Kropiq builds on over a decade of experience making agricultural knowledge accessible to millions through Indian Farmer.
Santosh brings hands-on farming experience and a deep understanding of the challenges farmers face day-to-day, while Akash brings his expertise in engineering, entrepreneurship and content to build Kropiq.
Their experience has shaped a clear vision for Kropiq: to make agricultural learning more structured, practical and actionable, and help farmers approach farming with the knowledge and confidence to build better businesses.

By 2030, our goal is to train over five lakh learners across India and build a learning platform that covers every aspect of modern agriculture, from crop-specific practices and irrigation to agri-finance, branding and sustainable farming.
